Change event does not fire in In-Place RTE editor after upgrade to 17.x.x Completed

Upgrading to ej2 version 17.xx breaks the In-Place editor RTE control.

In version 16.xx the model.change event fires on blur of the RTE control, after upgrading to 17.xx the event no longer fires.

This behaviour can be seen in the fiddle at - https://jsfiddle.net/pywsh0x3/

Simply change the CDN ref to point to any 17.xxx release to see the effect.
