Drag And Drop no longer works after upgrading Chrome to 73.0.3683.103 

Following the Chrome update the Uploader component no longer allows file uploading via Drag and DropFollowing the Chrome update the file uploading via Drag and Drop

the installed version of syncfusion is 17.1.0.40
