Need to provide a support to set float value for SizeX and SizeY property in Blazor Dashboard Layout

The Dashboard Layout supports an integer type value for the SizeX and SizeY property, but needs to use float type values between 1 and 2,  i.e. 1.2 or 2.4 or 0.87. Currently, we don't have support for this, so it need to be included in Dashboard Layout component.
