Console error occurs when rendering the FormItem in loop

Description:

When rendering the FormItem in loop, the object reference is null exception occurs.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open the Console

Expected: Component should render properly with console error

Actual: Console error occurs
