Text overflowing into footers

Steps to reproduce:
- open syncfusion demo page
- unzip and open attached sfdt
- scroll to bottom of first page
Actual result:

(notice the asdfasd overlapping with the footer)

(notice how the asdf doesn't overlap)


- You can also somewhat edit the document (insert / delete newlines) and the texts will still overlap


- You can change the footer height when the text is right above the footer and notice it flowing into it again (change footer from bottom to 10, delete one newline, change footer from bottom to 15)
