All controls that are inputs should have the "input" event

Numeric, DatePicker, DateRange, DateTimePicker, TimePicker and there may be others should expose the input changed event like the Textbox control does. 

Users often input data manually into these controls and some applications rely on an instant saving feature.  Blur is not always reliable to grab the value depending on what action the user takes.
