Add color customization support for track changes, comment avatar, restrict edit ranges, cursor color

  1. Track changes revision color(Allowing to provide the option to choose a specific color for a particular user so that all the user's track changes are uniquely identified by color)
  2. Comment avatar(Avatar color is generated by random color currently need to provide the option for specifying color for each user)
  3. Cursor color customization in collaborative editing(Ability to 
    offer the option to choose a specific color for a particular user)
  4. Restrict editing ranges color(Allowing to provide the option to choose a specific color for a particular user
    so that all the user's restrict edit ranges are uniquely identified by color
    )
