Ability to style hover states of MAUI controls

In iPadOS 13.4, Apple introduced pointer support (mouse/trackpad), built-in support for many controls, and APIs for fine-tuning behavior for pointers.

On visionOS, the same APIs is driving the hover states and feedbacks when looking at user elements. We have an iPad application using the Xamarin.Forms Syncfusion controls, and would like to be able to provide hover styles/feedback, so that the app would work better on both iPadOS and visionOS.


I think this would benefit all your users and also become even more relevant with visionOS supporting iPad apps.
