maui style (BasedOn) Inheritance not working

I'm migrating from xamarin to maui.

There was a problem with style inheritance during work, so I checked whether it was only a problem with maui or syncfusion, but it only happens with syncfusion control.

I've seen an example of simply changing the color of the datagrid header character.

Not only the header, but also the cellStyle is not working


Please let me know if I am using it incorrectly or if there is any solution.
