Numeric TextBox Component in German Culture Causing Incorrect Appending of Pasted Values

When copying and pasting a value with a decimal separator in the Numeric TextBox component, the pasted value is incorrectly appended. This problem arises specifically when the browser is configured with the German culture and the project is being used in the German culture.


Replication procedure:

1. Set the browser's culture to German.

2. Use the Numeric TextBox component.

3. Copy and paste a value with a decimal separator into the component.

 

Expected Output: The pasted value should be accurately displayed in the Numeric TextBox component without any changes or errors.

Current Output: The pasted value is appended incorrectly in the Numeric TextBox component, leading to inaccuracies in the displayed value.
