User assignment not visible

Our system shows license details based on the user logged in and the licenses they have. This setup creates issues because once licenses are assigned to specific admins, technical admins, or power users, other users can't see these details. We're working on enhancing our license management portal so that other technical admin and power user can access the relevant license information assigned to them. This improvement will streamline license management and ensure better control over who can view and manage licenses.
