The RRuleParser returns incorrect interval values for Recurrence Appointments

The RRuleParser returns incorrect Interval value for Recurrence Appointments.

Eg: If the recurrence rule set as "FREQ=DAILY;INTERVAL=3"  the RRuleParser returns 1 as interval value instead of 3
