When we manually enter the date range and click the 'enter' key, the change event is not triggered the first time.

Replication procedure :

1. Run the application.
2.Type daterange "4/22/2024 - 4/24/2024"
3. And click "enter" key 
4. You can see the issue

Expected Output: The ValueChange event needs to be triggered on first time itself
Current Output: The ValueChange event is not triggered.
