SFComboBox has duplicate Drop Downs in a SFPopUp on Android and iOS

I have a SFComboBox in a SfPopupLayout.PopupView. 
When the pop up appears the first time, the combo box works correctly.

However, when i close and open the pop up again, the drop down will appear below the combo box and a duplicate appears up and to the left of it as well.

This works properly on UWP.
