Insert/Delete Support for Discontinuous named range

Need to provide the  Insert/Delete support while giving the Discontinuous named range(=Sheet1!$A$2, Sheet1!$B$2, Sheet1!$C$2)


Need to update discontinuous-named-range-address in nameManager after sheet rename.


Need to remove discontinuous-named-range in nameManager after sheet delete.
