Property to check if the document is edited and not saved

A property to check if the Document is edited in the RichTextBox and not saved. This property will be helpful to implement the following functionalities.

- Autosave the document when editing.
- Prompt for save confirmation, if the document has unsaved changes while the user closing the application.
