How to take a photo and turn it into a PDF and store it locally in a MAUI app?

1) The following site 

https://www.syncfusion.com/blogs/post/add-remove-extract-and-replace-images-in-pdf-using-csharp

refers to a NuGet package called 

Syncfusion.Pdf.Net.Core

As far as I can tell that package does not exist.


2) In a Maui App using .Net 8.0 I need to 

a) take a photo

b) create a PDF that consists entirely of the photo

c) save the PDF locally

Does SF have a sample that does this? If so, can you show me where it is?

If not, can you whip one up for me?
