In normal edit mode and editing a record, default to cell double clicked

Use case: When a user is editing an existing row, they are intentionally double clicking the cell they want to edit which they are expected for that cell to go into edit mode. They should be able to begin typing or making the appropriate modifications.

Expectations: In the data grid, when a user double clicks a cell for an existing row, the cell that is double clicked if editable should be the cell that is focused for edit else select the first editable cell.
