TabView Visual State management does not change selected colour

Hi there,


I have a tab view with two tabs. On UNSELECTED the text colour should be blue and background white. On SELECTED/NORMAL: Text colour should be white and background blue. The behaviour I'm getting is that the text colour is NOT changing when selected the tab.  I have tried setting the visual state of these using styles.

So what I need:

Selected: Blue text, white background

Unselected: Blue backgroud, white text
