Provide support for the ReturnType & Return Command property in SfNumericEntry for .NET MAUI

We need to implement support for the ReturnType and ReturnCommand property in SfNumericEntry for .NET MAUI.

 

 

Use case :

 

ReturnType: Use it when wants to control the behavior of the return key directly within .NET MAUI, such as navigating to the next input field, performing a search action, or submitting a form.
