Aria-controls is maintained even though popup is in closed state

Sample :

In the above sample, input element get added with wrong id attribute namely “header_popups” but the actual popup id is “header_popup.

Replication Procedure :

1.Run the sample

2.Scan the elements using IBM accessibility tools


Output : Aria-controls added with wrong id and its get maintained even after the popup get closed .
