Problem trying to convert word document with altChunk to Pdf

Dear all,

I am trying to test your functionality "convert word to pdf" on your demo but throw an error. (https://ej2.syncfusion.com/aspnetmvc/DocIO/DOCtoPDF)

The word file that i am uploading contain html inserted with altChunk (The document is attached).

In a Release Note i read that Syncfusion support it and a bug was fixed #180854 (https://help.syncfusion.com/aspnetmvc/release-notes/v15.3.0.26)

Do you have any solution?
