OnUpdate event is not trigger when we using template inside the FormItem

Replication procedure :

1. Run the application.

2.open the console

3. type some text and focusout

4. You can see the issue

Expected Output: The OnUpdate event needs to be triggered

Current Output: The OnUpdate event is not triggered.
