Issue with ValueChanged event not firing in MultiSelect after changing DataSource

In MultiSelect, after changing the DataSource and preselect value, if the user changes the value, the change event is not fired.

Replication procedure :

1. Run the application.

2. Select "Multi Select Test".

3. Unselect all options and then reselect ONLY "Item 2" from the dropdown - ValueChanged event is fired.

4. Click the "CHANGE LIST" button to change the datasource.

5. Unselect all options again and reselect ONLY "Item 2".

6. Notice that the ValueChanged event is not fired.

 

Expected Output: The Change event needs to be triggered.

Current Output: The Change event is not triggered.
