VisualStyle implementation for GradientPanel(Ext)

Container controls that support VisualStyles can be counted on part of one hand. The GradientPanel and GradientPanelExt controls are a major component of many projects, but these don't support the various styles. I have a GroupBar that can have a VisualStyle applied, however the GradientPanels contained within it cannot. I propose upgrading these controls to encompass VisualStyles, or have a new control created based on them.
