Provide consistent zoom speed

At the beginning, zooming is faster and then, as you go deeper, it becomes too slow. In some cases, when zooming with the mouse wheel in 3-4 increments, a single data point goes outside of the view. There is a need to maintain consistency in zooming, especially during deep zooming.
