Bi-directional editing support in SyntaxEditor

Syntax Editor supports editing support in both left-to-right and right-to-left. But it does not support bi-directional editing based on the character detected. Cursor position should be changed based on the language text when pressing arrow keys. For example, if Syntax Editor contains both English and Arabic text, when reaching an Arabic text, cursor should go to the most right character of the Arabic string. Navigation should take based on character detected.
