Event to customize the dialogs of Rich Text Editor

Currently, there is no event to customize the options in insert link dialog. Provide event on open and before open a dialog with its elements. This helps to customize it from the user end. Consider the following dialogs.

  1. Insert link
  2. Insert Image
  3. Insert Table
