Support to set the Height of TreeView Node based on its content

1. Need to provide support for adjusting the height of TreeViewNode, dynamically based on its content with the property like AutoFitMode in TreeView.

2. Need to provide QueryItemSize event to get the Height for TreeViewNode. So, it is possible to set any Height for TreeViewNode. It is possible to hide the TreeViewNode by setting Height as Zero in the event.
