Null reference exception thrown when clicking on check box in AddNewRow before AddNewRow is initiated

Null reference exception thrown when clicking on check box in AddNewRow before AddNewRow is initiated. Clicking on checkbox after the addnewrow initiated, working fine.  
Reproduce Steps:
1) Run the attached sample. 
2) Move to check box column of AddNewRow. 
3) Click on the checkbox in AddNewRow. 
Observed Behavior: Null reference exception occurs on clicking checkbox.
Expected Behavior: Exception should not be raised. Checkbox state should be changed properly.
