Need to provide support for buffer count in virtualization

In virtualization, a buffer count is set in a sample that counts based on the initial DOM element data count rendered after any action triggers the addition of DOM elements above and below. The buffer data is pre-rendered in a DOM element. Therefore, support for buffer count is necessary in virtualization.
