The "-" will be removed when pasting the number value with "-" in NumericTextBox

   In the NumericTextBox when pasting negative numbers (Ex: -1055), the "-" symbol is removed and updated as positive number. The same scenario is working with Blazor native InputNumber box.

Replication procedure :

  1. Run the sample.
  1. Try paste -1055 to NumericTextBox. 

Expected Output: -1055 needs to be placed to the component.

Current Output: 1055 is placed instead if -1055.
