Rotate circular chart sections so that label have room to display

When using a SfCircularChart, there sometimes isn't enough room to display labels because the labels are displayed at the very left and right edges of the chart. I need a way to decide where the sections of the chart start (for instance, at a 90 degree angle) so that there's enough room to display them on small phone screens. I tried using StartAngle and EndAngle, but these cut off the chart so that it doesn't use the full 360 degrees. Here's an example where the labels are cut off:
