In Single page mode, the PageChanged event and PageChangedEventArgs are missing in Maui

Although the Single page mode was implemented, our Xamarin app was relying on the PageChanged event and the PageChangedEventArgs, to execute some changes in the app, based on the old page and new page numbers.

The Maui implementation doesn't expose this event and the corresponding argument type to the developers.

Are there any plans to bring over these to Maui?
