The date is not updated according to the format property when we enable the locale

The date is not updated according to the format property when we enable the locale.

Replication Procedure:

              1 - Run the sample

          2 - Select any date

          3 - You can see the issue

 

Expected Behavior: Date should updated according to the format property

Actual Behavior: locale format date is updated on input
