DOM element is not destroyed properly while re-render and not map target element

The DOM element doesn't destroy properly when called the destroy method and re-render the component page and also not set any target property in the Dialog component.  Because of this issue, the memory leak problem occurs in the DOM element.

The issue can be reproduced on below Stackblitz Dialog routing sample.
