Exception Occurs When Filtering without Parameter-less Constructor

Console error occurs when filtering the model class without parameter less constructor. Mention issue occurs from v25.1.35

Step to reproduce:
  1. Open attached VS2022 project.
  2. Open appsettings.json and put in a license key.
  3. Run the project
  4. Select "Grid Filter Throws Exception" page.
  5. Select "Customer ID" filter.
  6. Enter "HANAR" in editbox and confirm it.
  7. Re-open "Customer ID" filter.
  8. Cause exception.
