Provide support for 'cut', 'copy', 'paste' using executeCommand in the RichTextEditor

Description:

Currently, we didn't have support for 'cut', 'copy', 'paste' using executeCommand in the RichTextEditor. So we need to provide commands for 

'cut', 'copy', & 'paste' with Execute Command.
