Implementing Limited Data Fetching on each scroll for DropdownList with Virtualization

Currently, the DropdownList makes a single request to the server to fetch all the data, which may lead to performance issues with large datasets.


To optimize the user experience and improve system efficiency, Needs implementing support to fetch limited data for each scrolling in the popup, rather than making a single request to fetch all data at once. This enhancement will provide a smoother scrolling experience for users and reduce the load on the server.
