Provide scroll bar support for the dropdown in the SfComboBox in .NET MAUI

We need to implement scroll bar support for the dropdown in the SfComboBox in .NET MAUI.

 

Use case :

 

Visual Feedback: When the dropdown contains many items, showing scroll bars provides users with visual feedback indicating that there are more options available beyond what's currently visible. This helps users understand the extent of the list and encourages them to explore further.

 

Awareness of List Length: Displaying scroll bars in the dropdown appearance informs users about the length of the list relative to the available space. Users can gauge the size of the list and estimate how much content remains to be explored, leading to more informed decision-making.
