When running 25.1.37 i am getting the following error this does not happen on 25.1.35

Exception Source: Syncfusion.Shared.Base

Exception Type: System.IO.FileLoadException

Exception Message: Could not load file or assembly 'Syncfusion.Licensing, Version=25.1462.37.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=632609b4d040f6b4' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
