Standalone saved PDF document with a Not Approved dynamic stamp throws an error when opened in Adobe

Add the Not Approved stamp in the Dynmaic stamp list and downlaod the PDF using the deault Download option. when try to open the downloaded PDF in Adobe it throws error.
