Pressing up select de second element instead of staying at the first one

Hi,

I am Currently using the option AllowGroupExpandCollapse and when i have 2 or more elements on a group it will select the second one instead. I tried to use different options in navigationMode and selectionMode but it still dont work.

Repro step : 

  1. Go inside a group that have 2 or more elements inside
  2. Go to the first element and press up (arrow up)

this would be the first step

and when i press up it switch to the second element
