SfTextBox - OnChange Event Does Not Fire if Clear Button is Used to Remove Content

Hi,

I have observed that if I have a Text Box and have set ShowClearButton=True and an OnChange event handler that the OnChange event is not fired when clearing contents from the TextBox using the Clear button.  I believe that the event should be fired.

I have attached a video and solution file illustrating this behaviour.
