Move Annotations between pages

When an annotation is selected (like a stamp), the cursor should be able to move to another page and add the annotation there. An annotation already added to a page should be moveable to another page.

Currently, all annotations (ink, stamps, sticky notes etc.) are bound to the first page that the cursor enters when the tool is selected, or on which it is added.
