Provide options to skip style properties of the sheet while importing an Excel file

Description:

While importing an excel file, we need to provide options in the server library to skip the cell style information while converting the importing file into a JSON data.

Based on that, we can skip the unnecessary styles on the workbook and reduce the size of the JSON data
