Cannot zoom in/out of the diagram once FitToPage is executed with the canZoomOut option set to true

When the diagram is huge and we cannot see the whole diagram even after zooming out completely, we can use the FitToPage method with the canZoomOut option set to true to view the entire diagram within the viewport. Once FitToPage is done with the canZoomOut option set to true, the diagram cannot be zoomed in or out.
