Option to disable Small change on mouse wheel scroll

Use UpDown Button in .NET MAUI NumericEntry | Syncfusion


I disabled this by setting the small change to zero, but it would be nice to disable the scroll wheel change while using the buttons.


My use case is having the SfNumericEntry in a ScrollView and it could be confusing to users if they try to scroll while the input has focus and the numbers change instead.
