Show a placeholder on blank space in Font Family toolbar status in RichTextEditor

Description:

Currently, when we select the sentence which has two or more different font styles, the font family toolbar status will become blank. So, need to show a placeholder in the blank space.


Note: Also consider this requirement for Formats and Font size toolbars.
