Provide support for copy formatting in Rich Text Editor

Provide support to copy the format of the selected text and apply it with currently selected text in Rich Text Editor.

  1. When clicking on 'copy format', all the format of the currently selected text will be copied
  2. While 'apply format'  is selected, the selected formatting applied to newly selected texts.
The formats can be copied.
  1. Font styles
  2. Background and font color

The feature works similarly to format painter of Microsoft Word
